Creamy dip for crudités

A simple and flavourful recipe inspired by Trois fois par jour. Here, we 'UMAMify' it with a few drops of UMAM fish sauce, adding a distinctive, local, umami touch. A beautiful way to reinvent a classic with a flavour that’s both global and local.

 

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • ¼ cup fresh chives, chopped
  • ½ tsp sriracha sauce
  • ¼ tsp UMAM fish sauce
  • Assorted crudités of your choice: cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumber, carrots, celery, broccoli, radishes, green beans...

 

Instructions:

  • In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Serve with fresh, crisp vegetables.
  • Enjoy!
