Creamy dip for crudités

A simple and flavourful recipe inspired by Trois fois par jour. Here, we 'UMAMify' it with a few drops of UMAM fish sauce, adding a distinctive, local, umami touch. A beautiful way to reinvent a classic with a flavour that’s both global and local.
Preparation time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- ¼ cup fresh chives, chopped
- ½ tsp sriracha sauce
- ¼ tsp UMAM fish sauce
- Assorted crudités of your choice: cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumber, carrots, celery, broccoli, radishes, green beans...
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
- Serve with fresh, crisp vegetables.
