Tomato salad with basil vinaigrette

A fresh and colourful salad, perfect alongside your summer meals... or for bringing a little sunshine to your table any time of the year. In this recipe, UMAM fish sauce replaces salt and naturally enhances the flavours with its rich and balanced taste.
Preparation time: about 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 20 g (1 ½ cups) basil leaves
- 80 ml (⅓ cup) olive oil
- Juice and zest of one lemon or lime
- 2 tbsp UMAM fish sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- Pepper
Instructions:
- In a food processor, blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the vinaigrette over sliced tomatoes and toss gently to combine.
- Enjoy!
